The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with lovely decorations that reminded me of my childhood. The common areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for sitting and chatting with other guests. As a senior, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility, with ramps and handrails in place to assist those with mobility issues.

I wish the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A small suggestion would be to have additional seating in the common areas, especially with cushioned chairs that provide extra support and comfort for those with joint pain or back problems.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to Tama-te-Kapua Meeting House and Whakarewarewa: The Living Maori Village. The location was perfect for attending the congregation. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The location was lit - right in the heart of Rotorua, just a quick stroll away from Lake Rotorua. We had a blast exploring the awesome hiking and biking trails nearby. There were also tons of epic experiences and activities to choose from, giving us non-stop fun and adventure. It was the perfect place for a group of young party animals like us!

If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be a banging party scene at the hotel. We had a blast exploring the city's nightlife, but it would've been extra awesome to have some wild parties right at the hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated, just down the road from the local pub and within walking distance of all the top attractions in the area. The ample off-street parking was such a relief, and the complimentary breakfast provided was beyond our expectations. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom exceeded our standards, and the staff members were super accommodating with all of our requests.

The hallway could have used some improvements in terms of its appearance, but it didn't affect our overall positive experience.
